Online Payments (less than $10,000) Credit Card or ACH
Pay online via most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) or ACH (using your bank account info).
Phone or Wire Transfer (for payments greater than $10,000)
Call our office at 317-231-2250 or 1-800-942-3388 to make payment via credit card (larger than $10,000), or to get instructions for wire transfer or EFT.
Any credit card transaction over $10,000 will be charged a 3% fee.
